This patient was concerned about the spaces between his teeth. He also felt that his teeth were too small and that he had teeth... "like a little kid". Since the patient is 6'4" tall it was declared that by widening the teeth to close the spaces it would also fill out his smile and give him better tooth proportions in relation to his physical stature. Tooth whitening was performed, followed by cosmetic bonding to close the spaces and widen the patient's smile.
